Career Alchemy is the art transforming the spaces you exist in, for your benefit and everyone else’s (but yours first!).
It’s been informed by my love of mountains and magic, as well as my education and my career—all of which have been my greatest teachers.
What Informs My Approach?
I have a degree in Human Biology and Psycholinguistics from Stanford and am a certified Neural Awareness Method™️ teacher, which means I’ve studied how to master my nervous system and can help you do the same.
I take a biopsychosocial approach to engagements, helping you see how your biology, psychology, and social environment impact daily life at work—and how to use that insight to transform your surroundings.
With a decade of operating experience implementing human-centered science alongside enterprise software sales at LinkedIn, Airtable, Sigma Computing, and Snowflake, I’ve learned that if you feel out of place in a structure or culture, there are ways to adapt beyond changing your environment or your core self.
